Wimborne Wedding Photography - Second Shooting
I love photographing weddings in the Sun and this last weekend was a great one for that.
Sunshine plus wedding photographer plus an awesome relaxed bride and grooms makes for some great wedding photography if you ask me!
So it was with this that I found myself in Wimborne (a lovely little town) in Dorset with my camera's all ready to help out a fellow wedding photographer (Tim Churchill) as a second shooter. I love second shooting a wedding, often as the main wedding photographer there are a list of shots you know you must get, when you're second shooting you can help the main photographer get those shots, but, also you can get those quirky detail shots and play around a little bit more with things. This is great for adding a bit of variety and a lot of fun to weddings that I am the main photographer at.
I have some more weddings in Wimborne later this year and I'm looking forward to them especially if the weather is as great as it was here - anyway here's a few images that I like for a variety of reasons! Let me know what you think via the comments at the bottom.

Hey, great photos....I love the rear view mirror one in b&w....fantastic
These look fa. Love love love the one with the bridesmaids & the red door.
These pics are great Greg, I especially like the one of the groom doing a Lord Nelson impression. I also enjoy the freedom of being a 2nd shooter, as you say it is possible to get some really quirky shots and exercise a bit of extra creativity.
